About the club
Ampthill & Flitwick Flyers is an England Athletics affiliated club founded in 1988, training around Ampthill and Flitwick with coached sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Friday hills and a Saturday 7am run from Redborne School. It caters for all abilities from beginners to competitive distance runners on road and cross country, with members also taking on duathlon, triathlon and cycling. Membership has passed 300, and the club organises the Flitwick 10K and Marston Forest 5K.
